Block-time
Aimed at organisations who want to use the services of a specialist IT Support organisation, our Block-time service allows our clients to pre-pay for technical support for when things go wrong.
We provide a simple web portal interface, Halo ITSM, for clients to request help to resolve issues when help is needed, and we do the rest.
Every time Claverton works on a client issue, we reduce the amount of time remaining on credit. Simple. If or when the credit runs out, clients simply top the amount of time up.
Block-time is aimed at smaller organisations who don't have IT specialists within their organisations and provides the benefit of a simple service rather than, what can prove to be, costly fully managed services.
We use N-able IT Management tooling which records exactly what our technicians do when working on client systems, providing full transparency and peace of mind.
Block-time is offered on a 24/7 basis and the services covered include incident investigation / resolution, monitoring, patching and backup.
