After an early career in engineering, Hugh has 30 years recruitment experience delivering high calibre interim and permanent professionals into a wide range of organisations, from start ups to large corporates.
He specialises in Transformational Change and ERP programmes.
Ian Crawford
Programme Director
Ian has 20+ years’ experience in executive leadership roles, working for and advising blue chip organisations across the world on commercial strategy, growth programs & global transformation. Ian has extensive experience in Finance, IT, HR, Sales & Marketing gained in blue chip companies including Media, Financial Services, Insurance and Leisure. Ian is a qualified Accountant (ACMA) and a qualified Project Manager (PMI).
Elisabeth Cammell

Elisabeth set up Claverton with Hugh after a successful career which started as a Project Manager in the Banking industry, followed by a highly productive Recruitment and Consulting career in London and Bristol.
